Kongsvinger Museum is located by Kongsvinger Fortress in Eastern Norway. The museum includes Gyldenborg, Aamodtgården and the Skinnarbøl School Museum, each offering insight into local life from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. A highlight is the exhibition “Hjemland – Erik Werenskiold and Kongsvinger 1855–1905,” which explores the region’s artistic heritage and identity.
